You start in a warm steam room to soften the skin. A therapist then applies black soap, exfoliates with a kessa glove and rinses you down with warm water. It takes 45 minutes, or 60 with the full scrub ritual, and takes place in a private room.
A scalp cleanse done at a reclining basin. We check the scalp, wash twice, apply a treatment and finish with a 15-minute scalp and neck massage. The full session runs 50 minutes. Hair is dried and styled before you leave.
Two options. A 30-minute head, neck and shoulder massage done seated or on the table, and a 45-minute back and shoulder massage. Pressure is set with you at the start. Both are done by licensed therapists in a private room.
